Motivational Quote from this episode

"It all boils down to doing the uncomfortable stuff.
In any area where you're not satisfied with. It will hurt. Initially, there will be some friction, It won't go smoothly, but that's how you know, that you're progressing "

Welcome to the success inspired podcast, a business and personal development podcast to help you accomplish more in life and realize your true potential.

Speaker:

And now here is your host Vit Muller

Vit Muller:

Hello, everybody.

Vit Muller:

Welcome to another episode of the Success Inspired Podcast.

Vit Muller:

My guest today is young entrepreneur from my home country of Czech Republic in his short career he's had so far, over the last four years, he has co-founded two great mobile apps.

Vit Muller:

One that helps people to share their skills and another, which helps podcasters like me to grow their audience.

Vit Muller:

His most recent venture he co-founded mid-last year during COVID is a podcast guest booking agency called Speak on Podcasts.

Vit Muller:

Today he'll be sharing with us his entrepreneurial journey, a lesson he has learned.

Vit Muller:

We'll talk about resilience, discipline, and what doing the uncomfortable intentionally means for him and how it can help you be more successful at what you do too.

Vit Muller:

So please welcome to the show Jakub Zajicek

Jakub Zajicek:

Vit thank you very much for an amazing introduction.

Jakub Zajicek:

I'm so excited to have actually my first conversation, with someone from Czech Republic in English.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it's going to be something new for me.

Vit Muller:

You're welcome.

Vit Muller:

Great to have you on the show Jakub, you know, you're a first guest on the show that is from my home country?

Jakub Zajicek:

Really?

Jakub Zajicek:

do you have most people from Australia?

Vit Muller:

well, my guests mostly, I guess, are all from all around the world.

Vit Muller:

But so far, it's been English speaking countries.

Vit Muller:

So i've had guests from usa canada and you know some english speaking guests living in asia and then a lot of guests from australia but nobody from czech republic

Vit Muller:

You know, it's not, it's not everybody's goal to pursue, you know, entrepreneurship, business and all that especially at such a young age so what inspired you to get into all that

Jakub Zajicek:

well, I always wanted to build stuff and I actually started my first business when I was, when I was 17.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I'm not sure if I should be sharing it here on the podcast, but it wasn't technically legal because what we were doing is that we were, we were making alcohol beverage out of wine.

Jakub Zajicek:

And we called it, like Czech Sake.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it was like a rice wine.

Jakub Zajicek:

And of course we were like 17.

Jakub Zajicek:

so we were, we're working with alcohol.

Jakub Zajicek:

We, we were selling it to our the age classmates.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it didn't last, but people left the beverage and we made some money and that was the moment where I.

Jakub Zajicek:

When I found out that I really liked to build stuff where I'd like to sell.

Jakub Zajicek:

And then I was just trying so many different things.

Jakub Zajicek:

And you mentioned, mentioned a couple of them in my introduction.

Jakub Zajicek:

So one of them for example, was skill sharing community, which was 'Mentee' it supposed to be in the app.

Jakub Zajicek:

but we turned it into community instead, a couple of thousand people who are sharing their skills.

Jakub Zajicek:

I will teach you how to play guitar.

Jakub Zajicek:

You will in exchange, teach me how to speak German.

Jakub Zajicek:

And it was, it was good, like a nice networking platform.

Jakub Zajicek:

and then my first bigger business business success was it was such a simple business model.

Jakub Zajicek:

It, it was.

Jakub Zajicek:

that we basically approached people and we asked them, Hey, do you have something that you need to sell at home?

Jakub Zajicek:

Like or laptop or old phone or maybe a car and we'll sell it for you.

Jakub Zajicek:

And we'll take a little commission.

Jakub Zajicek:

And that's what we started doing.

Jakub Zajicek:

And in the first couple of months we started selling homes.

Jakub Zajicek:

We started selling cars and I was doing it for, for about two years.

Jakub Zajicek:

And then we parted ways with, with my co-founder.

Jakub Zajicek:

We had some little different vision for the company.

Jakub Zajicek:

then I got into online marketing, into affiliate marketing.

Jakub Zajicek:

That's what I'm still doing on the side, but my main business right now is Speak on Podcasts, which is a podcast relation agency.

Jakub Zajicek:

And what it means is that we connect amazing guests with podcast hosts that basically.

Jakub Zajicek:

Our targeting audience, our guests are trying to target as well.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it's basically PR service and it's going well, we are a team of seven and we're growing.

Vit Muller:

Wow.

Vit Muller:

It's quite a portfolio of things you've been doing.

Vit Muller:

I assume that keeps you busy.

Vit Muller:

What is what is it that you want to keep on working, going forward?

Vit Muller:

Is it just a podcasting thing or are you going to come back to any of the previous ventures or?

Jakub Zajicek:

Well, my main focus right now is Speak on Podcasts and I just really enjoy being in the podcast vertical and not only providing like podcast guests for for podcast hosts.

Jakub Zajicek:

But what I like about this idea is that There are just so many different things that you can do in podcasting space.

Jakub Zajicek:

You can repurpose content.

Jakub Zajicek:

You can become almost like an agent for two getting sponsorships or podcast hosts, right?

Jakub Zajicek:

So there's so many different areas that you can, you can, you can tap into, into podcasting space.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I'm just really passionate about about podcasting because I just like the format.

Jakub Zajicek:

And it just totally aligned with my personal mission statement and it, it just, it just checks all the boxes for me.

Vit Muller:

Absolutely.

Vit Muller:

One of the main reasons I started the podcast because I enjoy conversations with people and getting to know new people and all the other things that you mentioned, the opportunities that.

Vit Muller:

That are there with podcasting when the podcast, does grow and makes even bigger impact to more audience like sponsorships, like attracting bigger guests and yeah.

Vit Muller:

and making great impact.

Vit Muller:

So yeah, I love it.

Vit Muller:

one thing I've definitely one thing that I've definitely noticed last year.

Vit Muller:

What's the massive growth in podcasts and how many people have started to launch podcasts in here in Australia.

Vit Muller:

and in us, has that something that you've noticed in Czech Republic as well?

Jakub Zajicek:

No.

Jakub Zajicek:

in fact, I'm not very connected to Czech Republic, entrepreneurship space.

Jakub Zajicek:

I'm totally focused on on the U S and Canada, and you can English speaking countries.

Jakub Zajicek:

but yes, a little bit.

Jakub Zajicek:

I noticed that some, some.

Jakub Zajicek:

Podcasts are starting to appear more here in Czech Republic.

Jakub Zajicek:

and I think the main reason is because that's so many people lost their platform.

Jakub Zajicek:

They were used to use to use to promote their businesses.

Jakub Zajicek:

So whether it was stages or meetings, or networking events it all just disappeared, right?

Jakub Zajicek:

So they needed to come up with a different way how to do something similar from, from home.

Jakub Zajicek:

And just on a side note as we talked to a lot of podcast hosts we actually heard very interesting stats that the number of podcast guests introductions, they receive podcast hosts quadrupled

Jakub Zajicek:

So people start reaching out to these podcast hosts because they've lost that platform.

Jakub Zajicek:

They they were using and it just became so much more competitive.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, that's true.

Vit Muller:

So what is the biggest challenge that you, that you face or that you found in launching this agency that you've got the podcast 'Speak on Podcasts'?

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.., soI thought that it will be getting clients, but since we were quite fortunate with timing, it wasn't such a big problem.

Jakub Zajicek:

so right now, as we are getting like more and more people to work with us, we are facing the, basically a leadership and recruiting problem.

Jakub Zajicek:

so for the first time, I need to really focus on my leadership skills because we are hiring more and more people.

Jakub Zajicek:

booking agents, predict project management managers, customer success managers, and.

Jakub Zajicek:

they all need to follow some, some processes, right?

Jakub Zajicek:

Some standard operating procedures.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it, everything needs that everything needs to be in place for them to do their job properly and do, but to still have enough freedom to take initiative and to, to come up with ideas.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it's a, it's a.

Jakub Zajicek:

Jocko Willink talks talks about dichotomy of leadership.

Jakub Zajicek:

That is basically, you want to give them clear directions, but you don't.

Jakub Zajicek:

Want them to take the freedom of, of coming up with ideas from them.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

So that's, that's something we are still trying to balance and we are still searching for new and more and more people.

Vit Muller:

It's a hard thing, especially when you start on your own initially, like, you know, in your case, you're very, you know, inspired to build things and make money.

Vit Muller:

And so that requires you to start on your own initially.

Vit Muller:

And so you're going to get used to running things your own way.

Vit Muller:

And then when you start to hire people, you.

Vit Muller:

You've got those ways that you know, that work.

Vit Muller:

And so you kind of feel like, I mean, this is how I felt when I was in Sydney running this one gym that I suddenly suddenly had employees,

Vit Muller:

This is how I've been doing things in the past.

Vit Muller:

I know they work.

Vit Muller:

And I just, you kind of feel like you just want them to do it exactly like that, but then it doesn't work because people are not, robots will have their own

Vit Muller:

So they want to add their 2 cents, the two ideas.

Vit Muller:

So, urea you're right.

Vit Muller:

It's a, it's definitely that That dichotomy, they're trying to balance things out.

Vit Muller:

So what have you, what have you found so far that worked for you in this new role as a, as a leader, managing people?

Jakub Zajicek:

Well, I work with a co-founder, so we actually started the agency together.

Jakub Zajicek:

his name is Mark Colgan.

Jakub Zajicek:

He's originally from UK and his background is in recruiting.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

So that, that helps a little bit when it comes to hiring new people.

Jakub Zajicek:

But What was the question?

Jakub Zajicek:

What, what works

Vit Muller:

well in your own role?

Vit Muller:

Do you, do you personally manage some of the people as well?

Vit Muller:

Or is it just your co-founder that, that hires them and manages them?

Jakub Zajicek:

Well, what we do is that We pretty much both have set of responsibilities.

Jakub Zajicek:

And that's what really helps when, when, when you work with a co-founder that you can share share the weight right?

Jakub Zajicek:

You can, you can share these responsibilities between each other.

Jakub Zajicek:

but what we, what we created is basically I would say it, it sounds too big, a bigger than this but management structure.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right?

Jakub Zajicek:

So we have, we have booking agents who are basically responsible for the back and forth between our clients and between podcast hosts and drafting all the personalized emails and everything.

Jakub Zajicek:

And then we have a project manager who is basically assigning booking agents to different different campaigns.

Jakub Zajicek:

So, the way it works is that basically the project manager.

Jakub Zajicek:

reports to us and we are there to, to mentor other all booking agents and everyone who is in the, in the company.

Jakub Zajicek:

So we are fortunate that we, we are hiring people who are actually good.

Jakub Zajicek:

We are not like hiring people very, just with thinking about the lowest price.

Jakub Zajicek:

So yes, we are.

Jakub Zajicek:

We are trying to hire a players who are taking initiative and who are taking responsibility.

Jakub Zajicek:

That, that takes a lot of like weight of our shoulders that they don't need to ask for everything, but they, they come up with the solutions

Vit Muller:

Absolutely.

Vit Muller:

So this is so important hiring the right talent and not being afraid to put a bit or bit of extra money to it.

Vit Muller:

Right.

Vit Muller:

Because some other business owners would be like, do you know what I mean?

Vit Muller:

Who can we find that it's cheapest that can do the job, but that is not always if not ever good strategy because you get what you pay for.

Vit Muller:

Right.

Vit Muller:

That's the good old saying.

Jakub Zajicek:

Exactly.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I think there's another saying that.

Jakub Zajicek:

I'm not that rich so I can afford buying cheap things.

Jakub Zajicek:

I know that people are, of course not things, but that if you're, if you're buying cheap things in the long run, it will catch up on you and you will, you'll buy more of them.

Jakub Zajicek:

You will be wasting time with repairing them and so on.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it's the same with hiring cheap, right?

Jakub Zajicek:

So you will waste not waste.

Jakub Zajicek:

You will spend so much time trying to teach them things.

Jakub Zajicek:

That other people would just get immediately.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

So in time perspective, it's, it's just, just a, such a smart move to hire.

Jakub Zajicek:

A-players

Vit Muller:

Absolutely.

Vit Muller:

But on that note, that's not always possible for somebody that's starting out on.

Vit Muller:

You know, who's bootstrapping things.

Vit Muller:

Who's got no capital.

Vit Muller:

Did you have a capital when you started all this?

Vit Muller:

Do you have somebody that backing you up or did you sort of build your way up to this?

Jakub Zajicek:

It's it's it's all bootstrapped.

Jakub Zajicek:

So, as I mentioned, we were fortunate that we started in the right time.

Jakub Zajicek:

So getting clients wasn't.

Jakub Zajicek:

That's super difficult and clients recommend our services.

Jakub Zajicek:

So, that also opens up another like lead generation technique for us.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it's all paid from from company profits.

Jakub Zajicek:

There is literally no no like third-party capital involved.

Vit Muller:

So you had a good success right from the start with what's enabled you to, but initially you didn't have.

Vit Muller:

I guess you just, you were working on your own, right?

Vit Muller:

And then

Jakub Zajicek:

you got to make your money.

Jakub Zajicek:

Yes.

Jakub Zajicek:

And, and the founding story, Speak on Podcasts, it was actually quite interesting because what we, what we did is that I started this, this business by myself in in February 2020.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I was doing it.

Jakub Zajicek:

I think I was doing it well.

Jakub Zajicek:

I was doing good together with my, with my PA only that was helping me with the research of podcasts and so one but then.

Jakub Zajicek:

Our mutual mutual friend of me and my future co-founder I didn't know yet.

Jakub Zajicek:

David Hansell introduced us and he said, guys, you're working on the same thing.

Jakub Zajicek:

Jakub, you're doing it.

Jakub Zajicek:

Well, Mark, you're doing it.

Jakub Zajicek:

Well, why don't you just join forces together?

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

And you, you start working on this thing together and it was such a good fit because.

Jakub Zajicek:

I think I, I, I that lead generation part, well from the start, because I was very active on LinkedIn and I was networking every day.

Jakub Zajicek:

and Mark was an, is still very, very good with creating all these different processes and putting it, putting it into like all these SOPs and making sure that people understand it.

Jakub Zajicek:

So, we had customers and we get processed to deliver, and now we're just building content.

Vit Muller:

Excellent.

Vit Muller:

Now, one of the things you mentioned that was successful for you was LinkedIn, right?

Jakub Zajicek:

Yes.

Jakub Zajicek:

That's great.

Vit Muller:

What are some of the, because I, I was looking at your LinkedIn profile before his podcast as well, and I notice you're

Vit Muller:

What are some of the most effective strategies that you found personally, whilst using LinkedIn that worked for you?

Jakub Zajicek:

You just opened the Pandora's box, Vit I like to talk about these things.

Jakub Zajicek:

so when, when I was starting on LinkedIn like really focusing on LinkedIn in 2020, it's funny how fast these things change.

Jakub Zajicek:

So when I, when I S when I was starting outreach was basically enough, right.

Jakub Zajicek:

I was just reaching out to people.

Jakub Zajicek:

LinkedIn and just starting conversations and then getting them on call and eventually turning them into customers.

Jakub Zajicek:

But what I found now is that if you include content in your strategy as well, and you start posting content that is relevant to your target audience, it creates such a

Jakub Zajicek:

They already know you and the conversation is so different.

Jakub Zajicek:

So if I will be starting out now, I would most definitely focus most probably on content, more and interacting mainly with people who interact with my content,

Jakub Zajicek:

So just find people who are very.

Jakub Zajicek:

I'm big on LinkedIn and who share the same audiences you want to target and start being active in their communities.

Jakub Zajicek:

So start engaging with people under their posts start adding them from, from the comment section, if they come into something interesting and just start networking, it's a social media platform.

Jakub Zajicek:

So just be social and enjoy the process.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I was posting for.

Jakub Zajicek:

For 134 days straight without missing a day.

Jakub Zajicek:

And it, it brought a lot of like new business new opportunities, podcast, invitations, and so on.

Jakub Zajicek:

So yes, it takes time.

Jakub Zajicek:

It takes a lot of like cognitive energy to come up with topics that are still good.

Jakub Zajicek:

and.

Jakub Zajicek:

They're engaging to read, not just describing some, something in a boring way, but it needs to be interesting to read as well.

Jakub Zajicek:

So you will spend some time on that, but more you do it easier it gets.

Jakub Zajicek:

so yeah, content first engagement and outreach.

Jakub Zajicek:

I would put second third.

Vit Muller:

Now it's interesting that you're so focused on, on LinkedIn because so many, you know, so many young people that So many young people are obsessed with Instagram.

Vit Muller:

What was your decision behind choosing LinkedIn over Instagram?

Vit Muller:

I mean, it's obvious.

Vit Muller:

I know LinkedIn is business oriented, but still, I mean, it's so popular.

Vit Muller:

Instagram has been so popular.

Vit Muller:

I can see it like so many millennials.

Vit Muller:

You isn't it.

Jakub Zajicek:

I think it's not necessarily about, about the age, but about where your ideal customer customer hangs out.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

So when.

Jakub Zajicek:

When they are most active.

Jakub Zajicek:

And for me, when I want to find established coach to work with, or book author for me, it's way easier to find them on LinkedIn than find them on, on Instagram too,

Vit Muller:

Oh yeah.

Jakub Zajicek:

So, so for me, LinkedIn was was the number one choice and Yeah, I think, I think it works and the networking aspect is better there.

Jakub Zajicek:

than on Instagram, I would say it gives more more room for conversation and interaction and on Instagram it's just so fast and it's more one-on-one.

Jakub Zajicek:

But on, on LinkedIn, what I feel is that once you're active on LinkedIn, publicly more people will see your name.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right because they actively promoted on in feet and multiple plans and multiple places throughout the, the LinkedIn.

Vit Muller:

Especially since it's more business oriented platform.

Vit Muller:

So the algorithm is, seems to be, seems to work better.

Vit Muller:

I have noticed that too, with this podcast posting on on LinkedIn establishing my LinkedIn page everything just seems to grow really fast.

Vit Muller:

Whereas on Instagram I've been posting you know, for every single episode promoting each episode, I'm not seeing, I'm seeing engagement some engagement, but it's nowhere near as fast.

Vit Muller:

Like comparison to LinkedIn.

Jakub Zajicek:

Yeah.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I think it's just part of Lincoln's LinkedIn strategy, right?

Jakub Zajicek:

So to acquire as many people as they can, because it's, you will get hooked more easily when you see more engagement more dopamine to your brain.

Jakub Zajicek:

And it's just more interesting when you see people liking and commenting on your stuff.

Jakub Zajicek:

And.

Jakub Zajicek:

But I noticed that there they are limiting it to, they're starting to limit it too, because they know that people are now using it more and more and more.

Jakub Zajicek:

So exactly what happened with Facebook and Instagram.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

And start everybody saw what you posted, but then it got lower and lower and just percentage or 2% of people from your network will actually see it.

Jakub Zajicek:

so yeah, I think it's like, General rule of thumb, is that focus on what is, what is hot and jump in early before the algorithm gets smarter and leverage it.

Jakub Zajicek:

So for now I'm waiting still for my invitation to clubhouse, which I heard is quite impressive app, especially for us.

Jakub Zajicek:

We like audio format.

Jakub Zajicek:

so I'm just waiting, waiting to get there.

Jakub Zajicek:

so yeah, I think.

Vit Muller:

You mentioned clubhouse.

Vit Muller:

Is that like a new social media platform?

Jakub Zajicek:

Yeah, that's correct.

Jakub Zajicek:

And it's, it's booming and how it works is there are different rooms and every room is focused on like a specific topic.

Jakub Zajicek:

Everyone can start a room and It's actually only voice-based so you will come into room, you will join the room and there are people talking

Jakub Zajicek:

And it's huge.

Jakub Zajicek:

I mean, it's.

Jakub Zajicek:

I, I hear people talking about it more and more.

Jakub Zajicek:

And the reason for that is because they're so smart when it comes to the growth strategy they're using because every user who joins the waitlist, right, you cannot just install it.

Jakub Zajicek:

You need to join the wait list, wait for invitation.

Jakub Zajicek:

And then after Everage waiting, time is two weeks after you get invited, you can start using it.

Jakub Zajicek:

And as you get invited, You get one invitation you can give away.

Jakub Zajicek:

So if I will get invited, I can invite you and that's it.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

or you get, you can just join on a, on a, on a website, but you will be waking or waiting, but if I will invite you, you will get the access right away.

Jakub Zajicek:

So they're actually started like almost the gray market for this invitation.

Jakub Zajicek:

So people are selling these invitations.

Jakub Zajicek:

Because it's such an exclusive thing that people just want to be there.

Jakub Zajicek:

They don't want to miss out.

Jakub Zajicek:

so they're actually paying to get invited from other people and people are scamming each other people because, well, nobody it's just so new, so fast and everybody wants to be there.

Jakub Zajicek:

So people are just throwing money to fake invitations.

Jakub Zajicek:

Very smart strategy.

Vit Muller:

That is very interesting.

Vit Muller:

I've not heard of this before, so I'll definitely make sure I'll mention this in the show notes.

Vit Muller:

how long has this been going for?

Jakub Zajicek:

I think they started in April 2020, but it was in beta and I started appearing it on my, on my newsfeed, maybe, maybe one or two months ago maximum.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it's, it's getting traction now and I think it's getting more general public appeal.

Jakub Zajicek:

so it's not only like early adopters and these innovators there, but people who are just into social networking are joining too.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it will be big, like people talking about it that it's like next big thing.

Vit Muller:

I can, that it'd be interesting because it can take away a lot of that fakeness, but if there's content that people do, they hide behind the content, whereas you just have your own voice.

Vit Muller:

So it's just you and your voice and yeah.

Vit Muller:

So I like, I liked that.

Vit Muller:

It sounds very interesting.

Vit Muller:

Definitely look into it.

Vit Muller:

Now let's bring the conversation back to you in your story.

Vit Muller:

you mentioned one thing that last year you had bunch of goals that you wanted to achieve.

Vit Muller:

what were they and and how were you able to achieve them?

Jakub Zajicek:

That's a great question.

Jakub Zajicek:

so I had multiple goals and each goal was from, from different categories.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I usually.

Jakub Zajicek:

Create six different categories of goals, maybe, you know, wheel of life.

Jakub Zajicek:

That's it's basically, it's six categories of that cover all of your different aspects of life.

Jakub Zajicek:

So there are relationships, finances career personal development and stuff like this.

Jakub Zajicek:

so I set a couple of these goals and I reached all, I reached goals that I considered really important for me.

Jakub Zajicek:

So for example, I didn't reach the goal.

Jakub Zajicek:

Of traveling to New York, right?

Jakub Zajicek:

That was my goal.

Jakub Zajicek:

it didn't happen.

Jakub Zajicek:

Because of COVID and I think I would be able to find a way to get there, but sometimes as you said, goals, you find that, they are, not that important as they were, as you were setting them.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it's good to come back to them.

Jakub Zajicek:

but my most important goals, three of them.

Jakub Zajicek:

I reached and I'm very fortunate.

Jakub Zajicek:

I'm very grateful for that.

Jakub Zajicek:

And first one was that I wanted wanted to increase my weight from 75 kilos to 80 kilos and keep my body fat under 10%, which happened.

Jakub Zajicek:

Then it was to find a romantic relationship and it happened in such a random way.

Jakub Zajicek:

I can talk about it if you want, but it was, it was so interesting how it happened and then it was financial goals.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I decided to double hit, hit a certain amount per month.

Jakub Zajicek:

And as you hear all these different stories from all these people who achieve their goals, that it happened on a date.

Jakub Zajicek:

I hit that goal on December 30th.

Jakub Zajicek:

It's really the payments came.

Jakub Zajicek:

I saw it in my Stripe and I know.

Jakub Zajicek:

Okay.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I hit my , my 2020 goal, and I heard it so many times, so many times that people set a goal and they achieved it on, on a day or maybe day before.

Jakub Zajicek:

It's so weird how universe works.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

That's that must've been so satisfying as well, right?

Vit Muller:

Because you've said it.

Vit Muller:

And when you achieve it, I think somebody, somebody else.

Vit Muller:

Somebody else was there.

Vit Muller:

It wasn't an Elon Musk when he was a struggling with Tesla and they were trying to go public and they only, like they closed in the last day of the year.

Vit Muller:

It was like, I can't remember the year it was 2016

Vit Muller:

anyway, I think I was something similar to, to what you're saying, like.

Vit Muller:

Trying to, they were trying to hit certain number.

Vit Muller:

I CA I don't know much about it, so I'm not gonna talk about it too much, but it was something along the lines of them are trying to go public as a, as a company.

Vit Muller:

And they were in the year, that was very tough for Tesla.

Vit Muller:

but they managed to get through and, and, and, you know, they got the tick of approval.

Vit Muller:

I think it was last year of the so anyway you just reminded me of that.

Vit Muller:

but back to you.

Vit Muller:

So, congratulations, first of all, Achieving those three goals.

Vit Muller:

Now I definitely do want to talk about it because this podcast and for those of you guys listening first time, this is not just about business.

Vit Muller:

And I know you've, we've been talking about business for the first since we begin this episode but Success Inspired.

Vit Muller:

It's the whole idea here.

Vit Muller:

It's meant to Inspire Success, not just your business, but also personal.

Vit Muller:

And so if you've been able to achieve Success in your personal life, that is also very inspiring.

Vit Muller:

So tell us, how did you go about achieving that goal of, well, I want to talk about fitness, but let's talk about that new relationship.

Vit Muller:

How did you achieve that?

Vit Muller:

Cause they might be some people that are feeling very lonely and they would love to have somebody in their life, you know.

Jakub Zajicek:

Really it was, so it was so random.

Jakub Zajicek:

so I was in Tenerife, Cannary Islands?

Jakub Zajicek:

I was meeting there with my, with my co-founder Mark Hogan.

Jakub Zajicek:

He's not the romantic partner, don't worry..

Jakub Zajicek:

And he went out some evening and I was in our Airbnb on my own.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I was like, okay.

Jakub Zajicek:

So what I can do, I can either work.

Jakub Zajicek:

Or I can do something.

Jakub Zajicek:

What I had never done before I can go in the evening by myself out just, just me and find my own fun.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

And.

Jakub Zajicek:

I said, okay, let's do it because I mean, I'm, you know, in Tenerife, I don't know anybody, nobody knows me.

Jakub Zajicek:

So there's like sense of anonymity as well.

Jakub Zajicek:

So what I did is that I just took my backpack and I put some, some, some stuff in there, you know, a sweatshirt in case it would get cold until one.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I.

Jakub Zajicek:

I went downtown right in the city center.

Jakub Zajicek:

So, what I, what is my goal is that I will just start talking to people, right.

Jakub Zajicek:

I will just start approaching people and, and having my, my and just create fun.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I started talking to people.

Jakub Zajicek:

I had great discussions, but really nothing, nothing was happening that we would be getting, getting to a bar or something.

Jakub Zajicek:

And then.

Jakub Zajicek:

As I was going, going home a little bit sad that nothing really happened and that this evening sacked as walking.

Jakub Zajicek:

and it was, it was such, such a nice nice sidewalk, like, on, on one, on the right there were like big buildings and restaurants.

Jakub Zajicek:

And on the left, there was this, there was scene where ocean there's no sea.

Jakub Zajicek:

And as I was walking down a little bit down the Hill, I saw two girls and one of them, well, both of them were cute, but one of them really got my attention.

Jakub Zajicek:

and I was really tired and I started justifying, okay.

Jakub Zajicek:

I probably shouldn't talk to them.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I walked past them and I was like, Fuck that you will, you'll be pissed at yourself once you come home that you actually didn't approach them.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I turned around and I, and I said, something really stupid.

Jakub Zajicek:

That was like, Hey, where where's the best place to get a beer around here.

Jakub Zajicek:

And then I found out that they don't speak English very well.

Jakub Zajicek:

but I tried and she started writting something on her phone and then she showed me her phone and she said, we are actually searching for a place now, too.

Jakub Zajicek:

do you wanna join us?

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I joined them and they, they brought me to place, which was my original idea.

Jakub Zajicek:

So, we went to the same place that I knew in the past that I wasn't very sure whether I wanted to go there and they, they went there.

Jakub Zajicek:

So we spent a lot of time there.

Jakub Zajicek:

Then we went to to a different bar and it started from there.

Jakub Zajicek:

It was such an amazing.

Jakub Zajicek:

Evening.

Jakub Zajicek:

And she's from Madrid.

Jakub Zajicek:

I'm from Czech Republic, so that's a challenge, but she then went to visit me again in Tenerife.

Jakub Zajicek:

I travel to visit her in Madrid and she's coming here in February.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I think the lesson from this is, it wouldn't happen if I wouldn't decide to do the very uncomfortable thing.

Jakub Zajicek:

in the evening of not working, that was the comfortable thing to do because usually I just work in the evening, but to go out on my own and find my own fun.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I think it all boils down to doing the uncomfortable stuff.

Jakub Zajicek:

So in any area where you're not satisfied with.

Jakub Zajicek:

It will hurt.

Jakub Zajicek:

Initially, there will be some friction.

Jakub Zajicek:

It won't go smoothly, but that's how you know, that you're progressing once it started getting difficult.

Vit Muller:

And another, another way to put it when we do things that are uncomfortable, it also means we are doing things that are new, because things that

Vit Muller:

Hence why they're comfortable about expecting something.

Vit Muller:

New to happen in your life, the without doing something new doesn't make sense.

Vit Muller:

So,

Jakub Zajicek:

yes, you're right.

Vit Muller:

It's like, when people say, you know, thing outside the box it's just another analogy thing outside the box, you know, trying to come up with

Vit Muller:

Sometimes you have to throw the box out of the window and that's when magic happens.

Vit Muller:

But yeah, so, well, well done.

Vit Muller:

That's awesome.

Vit Muller:

That's awesome.

Vit Muller:

I mean, I mean, I assume it would have been very difficult for you and I mean, for your relationship with this person going through the whole COVID restrictions, but

Vit Muller:

Okay, thank

Jakub Zajicek:

you.

Jakub Zajicek:

And to your, to your previous question, I know that we, we skipped it a little.

Jakub Zajicek:

and let me know if you want to, if you want to expand on that, because I think that a lot of people have an issue with this and I was, I

Jakub Zajicek:

Is that something that you would like to, you would like to talk about?

Vit Muller:

Look, I am very interested in topic of achieving goals and I've covered that a lot on the podcast already.

Vit Muller:

And some of the past episodes.

Vit Muller:

But there is never enough because, because ultimately goal setting the action of goal setting and the process of following through and, and, you know, howevermethodicall, whatever a method you use.

Vit Muller:

Yes.

Vit Muller:

you have to have some sort of system, whatever the system in order to get there.

Vit Muller:

In order to be successful, you have to have goals too, you can't just blindly.

Vit Muller:

hope for the best.

Vit Muller:

Right.

Vit Muller:

So I'm definitely interested to have have you talk about it because, because of that, because everybody has their own experience of achieving goals, their own way that has been successful.

Vit Muller:

And so, yes, I would love I'd love for you to share that with the listeners.

Vit Muller:

Absolutely.

Vit Muller:

Go ahead.

Jakub Zajicek:

Thank you very much for the opportunity.

Jakub Zajicek:

So basically how I approach it's quite simple.

Jakub Zajicek:

It's it's simple, but not easy because it requires some, some certain amount of discipline.

Jakub Zajicek:

so my process starts is that I will start brainstorming what I want to accomplish in the next year in these six different areas.

Jakub Zajicek:

I was mentioning just google 'Wheel of life', and you will find these six different areas.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I would just sit and I would write everything in hand.

Jakub Zajicek:

So it will just title the page relationships.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I will just start brain.

Jakub Zajicek:

it's not brain storming.

Jakub Zajicek:

It's brain writing that I will just start writing everything down.

Vit Muller:

Right.

Vit Muller:

Anything that comes in your mind.

Jakub Zajicek:

yes, anything when it comes to, comes to my mind when it comes to relationships.

Jakub Zajicek:

and I do it for all these six categories.

Jakub Zajicek:

I usually end up with a lot of pages.

Jakub Zajicek:

and then I go through it and I will find I will go, I will read it again.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I will find the things that resonates with me the most and based on these things that resonates with me resonate with me the most in these different categories, I'll decide to choose my goals.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

So, Then I will basically create in my, in my journal six different categories again, and I will title it 2021 goals and they will, our relationship, career,

Jakub Zajicek:

and in each category I come up with one, two, three, four different goals.

Jakub Zajicek:

and I really think hard about what I put there, because I know that it's basically a commitment to myself.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I don't want to put there.

Jakub Zajicek:

Something just to hit my one to four, but I really think about it.

Jakub Zajicek:

And if I don't know I don't put anything in there.

Jakub Zajicek:

I'll just sleep on it and I will include it there the next day.

Jakub Zajicek:

so once I have these yearly goals set, then I need to need to set monthly goals.

Jakub Zajicek:

So what I will do every month is that I will go to the six categories of my yearly goals and I will I will basically write goals or tasks, almost like tasks, what I need to

Jakub Zajicek:

Right?

Jakub Zajicek:

So, every month I will just go back to my yearly goals and I will set my monthly tasks / goals, and I do the same thing on weekly basis.

Jakub Zajicek:

So every week, so four times a month, what that will do is that I will go back to my monthly goals.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I will write what exactly I need to accomplish this week to be closer to these monthly goals.

Jakub Zajicek:

And again, if I'm getting closer to monthly goals, I notice I'm getting closer to yearly goals because I set them based on the yearly goals.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I do this every every, every week.

Jakub Zajicek:

And then it all boils down.

Jakub Zajicek:

To daily actions.

Jakub Zajicek:

So every day I will check my weekly goals and I will set my five critical tasks that I need to accomplish per day.

Jakub Zajicek:

That will get me closer to my weekly goals.

Jakub Zajicek:

And at the end of each day, I will either finish them all.

Jakub Zajicek:

Or I maybe miss one.

Jakub Zajicek:

And if I finished them all, it's a win and I will just write a w there and put it into green circle or it's a loose, and I will put L and pull it

Jakub Zajicek:

And you can, you can find the strategy on on his podcast, MFCEO.

Jakub Zajicek:

Great, great episode.

Jakub Zajicek:

and.

Jakub Zajicek:

So, yeah, that's, that's what I do.

Jakub Zajicek:

That's what holds me accountable.

Jakub Zajicek:

And then I have some like habits trackers and all things, what I need to do every day.

Jakub Zajicek:

like cold showers and I dunno, visualization and all these things that I don't include in my daily tasks.

Jakub Zajicek:

And it works.

Jakub Zajicek:

I mean, it's, it's such a simple method that you're just seeing what you need to do in order to accomplish that or that and.

Jakub Zajicek:

Why the system fails though?

Jakub Zajicek:

why is that?

Jakub Zajicek:

Why it's unsustainable for most of people is because it requires a lot of discipline to actually do it every day and to hold yourself accountable to this system and to, to the commitment

Jakub Zajicek:

but.

Jakub Zajicek:

In order to actually make it work.

Jakub Zajicek:

You need to do it consistently and don't miss days.

Jakub Zajicek:

And when you miss a day, miss maximum one day and then get back on track, because then you will just jump into the downward spiral and it's very difficult to get back on track.

Vit Muller:

Now, Jakub , how long, so firstly, how long have you been doing this?

Vit Muller:

Following the system?

Vit Muller:

How many years?

Jakub Zajicek:

I've been doing this for two years.

Jakub Zajicek:

needless to say that I haven't been very disciplined in the, in the first year, last year I took it more seriously and it brought results.

Jakub Zajicek:

and I know that a couple of people, a couple of more people are using the same system at it works.

Jakub Zajicek:

So yeah, it's, it's rather new for me, but last year it showed me that it works.

Jakub Zajicek:

And for the first time in my life, I actually achieved what I wanted to achieve.

Jakub Zajicek:

so that's the reason why I wanted to share it.

Vit Muller:

That's right.

Vit Muller:

That's the reason I ask you because last year is the year that you've been you've you've achieved success with the new booking agency for the podcast.

Vit Muller:

So.

Vit Muller:

While somebody might say, well, he was lucky he had a new co-founder that, you know, added forces to the team.

Vit Muller:

I still think the main contributor to your success is, is this that you've been following something methodically every day and being disciplined, but on the same token you said in those,

Vit Muller:

Why did you then decided to be more disciplined?

Jakub Zajicek:

I started to challenge myself more.

Jakub Zajicek:

And the trigger that I decided to challenge myself more was because I, I wasn't able to stick to something.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I always decided to start something once it got a little difficult, I stopped.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I don't know.

Jakub Zajicek:

Yeah, not so long ago.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I think it was maybe three years or two years ago where I said okay.

Jakub Zajicek:

But it will get difficult at anything.

Jakub Zajicek:

I do.

Jakub Zajicek:

Like it won't be that it won't be easy ride all the time with any new thing I will start.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I will just need to learn how to get through these uncomfortable situations.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I started looking how to get in uncomfortable situation, to uncomfortable situations in business and so on.

Jakub Zajicek:

But it's such a, it's, it's a bigger issue than just business, because it comes down to your mindset and your how disciplined you are in other areas of your life.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I started challenging myself more.

Jakub Zajicek:

I started challenging myself more physically.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right.

Jakub Zajicek:

So, first challenge.

Jakub Zajicek:

What I, what I took was that I went for 30 days.

Jakub Zajicek:

On the StairMaster for 30 minutes.

Jakub Zajicek:

So everyday on StairMaster for 30 minutes for 30 days.

Jakub Zajicek:

And the thing is, it's not a difficult, like to get on 30 minutes on a StairMaster.

Jakub Zajicek:

Right?

Jakub Zajicek:

I mean, everyone can do it, but what makes it difficult is that some days you don't really feel like doing it.

Jakub Zajicek:

You just don't want to go.

Jakub Zajicek:

And some days it won't be convenient at all.

Jakub Zajicek:

Like you, you will need to travel, you will need to do something else.

Jakub Zajicek:

So you, you either need to wake up very early in the morning to actually fit it in and, and finish it.

Jakub Zajicek:

And, or you just want, and you will fail.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I finished this and it actually got me in very positive momentum when I started like setting more daily routines and start implementing daily practices.

Jakub Zajicek:

And I think the biggest experience when it comes to discipline building last year was finishing 75hard.

Jakub Zajicek:

maybe, you know, it may, maybe now it's it's it's basically program by Andy Frisella.

Jakub Zajicek:

And it's for free.

Jakub Zajicek:

Everyone can join.

Jakub Zajicek:

He's not selling anything, not well, now he released a book you can buy but everyone can join and the rules are simple, but again, not easy for 75 days straight.

Jakub Zajicek:

you need to do.

Jakub Zajicek:

So a couple of tasks every day and the tasks are the same every day.

Jakub Zajicek:

So there are two 45 minute workouts every day.

Jakub Zajicek:

And one of these workouts needs to be outdoor no matter what is the weather, then you need to follow your diet.

Jakub Zajicek:

You set for yourself.

Jakub Zajicek:

So, no exceptions, no alcohol.

Jakub Zajicek:

if you decide that you will eat carnivore diet, you will need to stick to it.

Jakub Zajicek:

Or if you decide that you will need to get hit certain amount of calories per day, you will need to do it.

Jakub Zajicek:

The third task is to drink four liters of water a day.

Jakub Zajicek:

Now it seems like a lot, but when you're working out twice a day, it's not that much.

Jakub Zajicek:

then read 10 pages of any personal development or business book every day.

Jakub Zajicek:

And then take a progress picture.

Jakub Zajicek:

So everyday you will, it will just take a progress picture of how you are progressing and you do this we're 75 days straight.

Jakub Zajicek:

And a lot of people think that's some sort of like fitness challenge, but it's actually like mental toughness program, mental, mental, mental toughness challenge.

Jakub Zajicek:

And what it does is that.

Jakub Zajicek:

It will actually build that grit, build that confidence, build that resilience that you just do shit and you make stuff happen.

Jakub Zajicek:

You, you just make stuff happen because that's what you need to do.

Jakub Zajicek:

And it's, it's almost rewarding when you go out, it's raining and it's such a shitty weather, and you're the only one who's actually doing the workout because you made the promise to yourself and.

Jakub Zajicek:

It's translates to every area of your life.

Jakub Zajicek:

So if you decide in the morning that you will hit a certain amount of emails sent per day to new customers, there is no that there's, there's

Jakub Zajicek:

No you decided, and you keep this promise to yourself.

Jakub Zajicek:

And that's, that's what this program gave me that I finally keep promises that I make to myself.

Vit Muller:

I love it.

Vit Muller:

So two big takeaway points actually three.

Vit Muller:

So the first one is.

Vit Muller:

And I'm talking to you guys listening right now.

Vit Muller:

We're talking about different methods.

Vit Muller:

That work in terms of goal setting the method that Jakub is using, you know, setting up a yearly goal, breaking it down to monthly, weekly, daily.

Vit Muller:

That is very, very good, the standard way of doing it.

Vit Muller:

And that's the way I've, I've talked about on the podcast as well.

Vit Muller:

It's effective.

Vit Muller:

now w we could, you could, you could look up many other methods to achieving goals, but at the end of the day, there is no secret.

Vit Muller:

Which one's better or worse.

Vit Muller:

They all work as long as you do them.

Vit Muller:

So then it comes down to the second point takeaway point, and that is you gonna need to become disciplined on every day in order to do that,

Vit Muller:

But it's hard, so that brings me to the third takeaway point, which is you need to realize your your brain is essentially like a muscle.

Vit Muller:

If you're working out.

Vit Muller:

you know, if you're trying to build bigger bicep, stronger biceps, you need to do bicep curls.

Vit Muller:

If you want to build it back, you need to do pull-ups.

Vit Muller:

if you want to improve your cardio be more cardiovascularly fit you need to do running and, and other forms of cardio activities.

Vit Muller:

But if you want to get more discipline, you need to train your muscles.

Vit Muller:

You need to train your brain like you like do your workouts.

Vit Muller:

So doing so, I definitely like what you talked about Jakub because this just strengthens that message of discipline.

Vit Muller:

And and I hope that, and I hope that you guys listening that are writing some notes or mental notes, and if this fired you up to.

Vit Muller:

To finally do something different in your life and, and get more discipline then find the challenge.

Vit Muller:

I'm sure there's some challenge you can do StairMaster challenge.

Vit Muller:

Hey, almighty.

Vit Muller:

I might even put challenge in the show notes.

Vit Muller:

I might just, just make one challenge.

Vit Muller:

Doesn't matter.

Vit Muller:

It doesn't, whatever the challenge is, it's the same thing.

Vit Muller:

Like goal setting doesn't matter which method as long as you do it , find something.

Jakub Zajicek:

Yeah.

Jakub Zajicek:

And, and I, and I think it doesn't necessarily need to be a challenge because for some people it might be, yeah.

Jakub Zajicek:

Too big of a commitment, initial

Vit Muller:

The word Challenge right?

Jakub Zajicek:

Yeah.

Jakub Zajicek:

Yes.

Jakub Zajicek:

But just do one uncomfortable thing every day, intentionally.

Jakub Zajicek:

And it's going to be the same thing.

Jakub Zajicek:

Take a cold shower in the morning, two minutes, cold shower in the morning, right.

Jakub Zajicek:

Because it sucks, right?

Jakub Zajicek:

I do it and I still haven't got used to it because it's sucks every morning.

Jakub Zajicek:

but the reason why you do these things is because.

Jakub Zajicek:

It will make things easier.

Jakub Zajicek:

And it's, it's a, it's a, quite the paradox that doing difficult things make things easier, but that's how it works.

Vit Muller:

And this is not to say that, you know, you were born disciplined.

Vit Muller:

We're all same people.

Vit Muller:

Like I get lazy sometimes watching Netflix, my favorite show.

Vit Muller:

And then I ended up binging it for five hours so we can all get lazy.

Vit Muller:

But we can all get disciplined and it'd be more tough as well.

Vit Muller:

the cold showers are great by the way.

Vit Muller:

I've started doing the cold showers for a couple of weeks now.

Vit Muller:

I have skipped a few times.

Vit Muller:

I must admit, so I still got to work to do but the thing about the cold showers that I did found is that they actually did start to get easier.

Vit Muller:

I used to, I used to start with warm water.

Vit Muller:

And then gradually, you know, turn the tap to more cold, but then I started to get into coach into shower and just turn on, not warm, but more like a cold water, not

Vit Muller:

So, that is a really, really good one.

Vit Muller:

It's a good ritual to have in the morning..

Vit Muller:

Yes.

Vit Muller:

Yes.

Jakub Zajicek:

And you, you made a really good point bit, which was.People are not born disciplined, of course you, you can, you can maybe inclined

Jakub Zajicek:

You can build that muscle.

Jakub Zajicek:

And if it will take 75 days to build that if you will decide to do 75hard.

Jakub Zajicek:

I think it's a, it's a hell of a deal to do, like, because it's a 75 days and it will influence every area of your life.

Jakub Zajicek:

Not only like physical, but also like, financial relationships and so on, because it always comes down to decisions and discipline will help, will help you to take the right decision.

Jakub Zajicek:

Not necessarily the easier decision.

Vit Muller:

Absolutely.

Vit Muller:

Absolutely.

Vit Muller:

And I like to refer to, you know, brushing your teeth.

Vit Muller:

At the end of the day, doing things repetitively it's it needs to become a habit you need to build in to be a habit.

Vit Muller:

But in order to, for it to be a habit, it takes a good four, six weeks, roughly.

Vit Muller:

That's what I say.

Vit Muller:

so you need to be disciplined to do them every day for it to become a habit so that it becomes a natural thing for, for, for you to do.

Vit Muller:

When, if you want to have healthy teeth, you brush your teeth every day.

Vit Muller:

And now in your life, do you even think about it?

Vit Muller:

I don't think so.

Vit Muller:

We just wake up and we just go and we just brush our teeth and we just do it again.

Vit Muller:

We just brush the teeth again.

Vit Muller:

Cause that's just, that's just something that we've been doing repetitively over and over.

Vit Muller:

and it's a bit, it's, it's a habit now.

Vit Muller:

So it's a, it's a, it's something that people need to do to do a challenge like this, even though it might not be comfortable, one.

Vit Muller:

but the end, the end result is that you become more resilient, which is that really, it comes down, became resilient.

Vit Muller:

People like Joco Willing.

Vit Muller:

One thing I've always been fascinated is people like special forces, you know, like they, they do these things that they.

Vit Muller:

They're so resilient going through these extreme training you know, years of training and big become special, you know, special soldiers,

Vit Muller:

that's something that always like, I've just been fascinated by that because you meet these people, you see these people and they can, and they, what they say they do.

Vit Muller:

They always do.

Vit Muller:

That's that's one thing that these people do, not just in their field, in, you know, some special operations, but in the personal life that just they've got the integrity,

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Jakub Zajicek:

Yes, yes, yes.

Jakub Zajicek:

Jakub Zajicek:

You.

Vit Muller:

As a human being in order to make a bigger impact for others in your business.

Vit Muller:

There's no point talking about business strategies, LinkedIn strategies, unless you yourself have a clear vision and dedication to your craft.

Vit Muller:

Because only, then these principles will, will come to fruition because you'll be able to do them and commit to them on daily basis.

Jakub Zajicek:

You're so right.

Vit Muller:

Jakub Zajicek:

Yeah.

Jakub Zajicek:

So I think that maybe if it will help one person was, it was worth it.

Jakub Zajicek:

And at the end of the day, it all boils down to more revenue, more clients.

Jakub Zajicek:

we can help them to find that unique angle, something that will make them seem.

Jakub Zajicek:

What's special for, for these podcast hosts.

Jakub Zajicek:

So not necessarily someone that is just starting out because, well, it's easier to work with someone who has some backgrounds and they're easier to get on podcasts because they can show something.
